SHIPPING POLICY

we can't wait for you to get your époque évolution package! while you are eagerly waiting for us to write you a note and slip that killer piece in the mail to you... a few notes on our policy. 

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

all orders over $150 include FREE STANDARD SHIPPING! (3-8 days)

orders under $150, shipping cost is a flat rate of $7.00.

if you can't wait to receive your item and need express shipping the cost is as follows:

 

Express Shipping (3-5 days) $15.00

Express Shipping (2 day) $20.00

Next Day Air - US $35.00

 

Orders placed before 3:00 PM will ship out same day.  Product will arrive in 3 to 5 days of shipping.  

 

CAN I CHANGE / CANCEL MY ORDER?

once an order has been placed, we can’t edit the address you've entered or the items within the order. but orders are cancelable for an hour after they are placed. if you have any époque évolution account, click “cancel order“ on your "my orders" page before placing a new one. if you don’t see a link, our warehouse is already packing up your shipment so we cannot cancel or change it in anyway. if you have any questions, please send us an email  at help@epoqueevolution.com.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

DOMESTIC

most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3 to 8 business days of been marked as shipped.

in the continental US, this takes 5 to 10 business days. orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories may take up to 2 to 4 weeks once your order is marked as shipped.

 

INTERNATIONAL

standard orders ship with DHL parcel, with final delivery made by local mail carriers. these orders arrive within 10 to 20 business days.

 

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?

we accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal, Amazon Pay, and American Express.

 

 

GIFT RECEIPTS & GIFT CARDS

we offer gift cards for $80, $100, $150 and $200. you can find them here. gift card purchases are non-refundable.

 

 

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING #?

we will send you your package tracking number in a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse. you can also find a link to the tracking information on your "my orders" page.

 

  

PRICES 

all prices are listed in US dollars.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

you have 21 days to return products purchased from our website. there are no returns for products purchased and received at trunk shows, or artisan pieces. however, those items may be exchanged within 21 days. 

 

we ask that all tags are still attached and the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging (of course the seal may be broken on the packaging). 

 

there is a  $7.00 flat rate fee for returns. this fee covers shipping and restocking. email us if you want to make a return at help@epoqueevolution.com and we will send you a return lable to print. *please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your items. we cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels. if you would like and époque évolution credit or exchange there is no shipping/restocking fee.

for discounted items, we are only able at this time to offer exchanges and not refunds. 

 

exchanges will be shipped as soon as the returned product is scanned by the postal service. 

 

for items discounted at 60% or higher, all sales will be final without exchange or return options.

 

timing: once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. we'll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it's on the way. 

 

returns will be monitored to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. if such abuse is determined, we reserve the right to refuse service and or refunds to anyone. 

 

any returns received more than 21 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
