    RETURN POLICY

    you have 30 days  to return products purchased from our website after your shipment has been delivered. packages must be received by our shipping center at that 30 day mark.


    returns must be requested within 14 days of ship date.


    all returns must be authorized by us and issued an approved RA # through our return portal or help desk. any unapproved returns without an RA number will be refused.


    we ask that all tags are still attached and the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), scuffs, tears, snags, pet hairs, and mysterious smells. Any returned items must be in "sellable condition". All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached. unaltered, undamaged and in the original packaging (of course the seal may be broken on the packaging). 


    return requests are processed Monday- Friday 9AM-5PM ET.


    any returns received more than 30 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.


    there are no returns for products purchased and received at trunk shows. however, those items may be exchanged within 21 days. 


    there is a 9$ reprocessing fee for all returns.we offer FREE return shipping for store credit. 


    for Canadian or other international orders the customer is responsible for all costs related to returns and exchanges. the cost of duties and shipping is not covered by époque évolution.


    for discounted items (other than new customer 10 % discount) we are only able to offer store credit. 

    DISCOUNTS AT 60% OR MORE ARE FINAL SALE, without exchange or return options. 

      

    if you have difficulty with our return portal (see link below) you can email us at help@epoqueevolution.com and we will send you a return label to print. *returns are only accepted  if they have been authorized by us. please send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your items. we cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels. 


    If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us right away at help@epoqueevolution.com all shipments delivered to the correct shipping address on order are no longer the responsibility of époque évolution. we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. 


    exchanges will be shipped as soon as the returned product is scanned by the postal service. 


    timing:once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. we'll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it's on the way. 


    returns will be monitored to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. if such abuse is determined, we reserve the right to refuse service and or refunds to anyone.

    we can't wait for you to get your époque évolution package! while you are eagerly waiting for us to write you a note and slip that killer piece in the mail to you... a few notes on our policy.

    SHIPPING CHARGES

    all US and Canada ordersover $150 include FREE STANDARD SHIPPING!(1-3 days).


    all orders under $150, shipping cost is a flat rate of $9. all orders are shipped UPS, and will ship in 1-3 days. we cannot guarantee a faster delivery. we ship Monday - Friday from 9-5.

    orders placed before 12:00 PM (EASTERN TIME) will ship out same day, orders placed after 12:00 PM will ship out the following day.

    CAN I CHANGE / CANCEL MY ORDER?

    once an order has been placed, we can’t edit the address you've entered or the items within the order. but orders are cancelable for an hour after they are placed. if you have any époque évolution account, click “cancel order“ on your "my orders" page before placing a new one. if you don’t see a link, our warehouse is already packing up your shipment so we cannot cancel or change it in anyway. if you have any questions, please send us an email at help@epoqueevolution.com.

    WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING #?

    we will send you your package tracking number in a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse. you can also find a link to the tracking information on your "my orders" page. or email us at help@epoqueevolution.com.
